Return & Exchange Policy

Our hassle-free 7-day return policy is part of our commitment to take care of you. Shop at FRIENDS HOME STORE with the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide you with an exchange, replacement, or return within the guidelines outlined below. This policy applies to all purchases made at FRIENDS HOME STORE.

• To start a return, you can contact us at WhatsApp 0326-8079960 (text or voice message only) or hello@friendshome.pk, and we will get back to you during working hours from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 44DD MURREE ROAD SHAMSABAD RAWALPINDI.
• We have a 7-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
• Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
• The goods covered under the return and exchange policy shall only be accepted if they are properly packed and are in sellable condition.
• Customers are advised to make a video while opening the parcel for any claim to verify any damage, short contents, or wrong items. No video or video made after opening the parcel shall not be eligible for any claim as we would not be able to fix responsibility.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Customers will bear the logistics cost of items that are to be returned or exchanged. The original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must also be returned along with the article. Care should be made to put original packaging in some carton or bubble wrap it & don't have any writing or tape on original packaging.
• Once the parcel is shipped to FRIENDS HOME STORE, customers are advised to share their dispatch receipt on the above-mentioned WhatsApp number & remind us after 4 days whether the parcel was received at FRIENDS HOME STORE. Once the item reaches our fulfillment center, allow for up to two (2) business days for us to check and process your returned product. After the return is processed, it may take up to four (4) business days for the refund to get credited to your account. For the refund, customers are advised to send their complete Bank account or Easypaisa account details. Please remember that FRIENDS HOME STORE will send a screenshot of the refund payment once it's done.
• Delivery charges shall be deducted from the amount refunded (mostly Rs 300 or 500) even for items with free delivery, as delivery charges are charged by the courier service for all parcels.
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• FRIENDS HOME STORE reserves the right to reject the exchange or return requests.
